Card conditions.
What you should know before you order a virtual card.
Card validity
Each virtual card is valid for up to 6 calendar months from the moment it is issued. This policy depends on the technical support of the future licensed card issuer.
Single-load cards
The balance (€10–€2,000 for EUR cards; $10–$2,000 or the US dollar equivalent for all other currencies) is loaded once, at issuance. Cards cannot be reloaded. If you need more funds, purchase a new card.
Expiration & remaining balancesRequires legal review
After expiration a card cannot be used for purchases. What happens to an unused remaining balance is subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country. ANVOFIN has not yet decided the final policy and nothing on this page takes away any statutory refund rights you may have.
RefundsRequires legal review
Refunds are handled through our future payment provider once live. Any exclusion of refunds for expired cards would only become binding after review and approval by legal counsel and the licensed issuer, and after clear individual disclosure before purchase. Until then, your legal rights under applicable law — including statutory withdrawal and refund rights — apply unchanged.
Your rights
You keep all statutory consumer rights in your country of residence, including the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days where applicable. Before purchasing, you will always see the exact fee, total and applicable conditions.
ANVOFIN is preparing its card program. ANVOFIN does not yet issue cards and does not yet process payments. All examples on this page are pre-launch information, not binding contract terms.
