Frequently asked questions
How much can I load onto a card?
Each card is loaded once: €10 to €2,000 for EUR cards, $10 to $2,000 or the US dollar equivalent for all other currencies. The balance cannot be topped up later.
How long is a card valid?
The planned maximum validity is 6 months. This rule has not been legally reviewed yet.
What fees apply?
A service fee of 3% applies to card amounts below €250. From €250 the fee is a flat €5. The fee is always shown before you pay.
Is this a real card?
No. This is a demo environment. No real card is issued and no real payment is made.
How do I stop a card?
Open the card details. The demo shows the status of each card; blocking will be available once the card backend is connected.
How do I change my password?
Go to Security and use the password form. In the demo, the change is simulated only.
